Grant/Scholarship Opportunities

The State of Washington, Workforce Training and Education Coordinating Board is managing the Make it in Washington Grant/Scholarship (MiiW).

President's Message:



Welcome to NAPM-Spokane Inc.!
Our local Purchasing Management Association, an affiliate
of the Institute for Supply Management, exists to promote
and enhance the purchasing, supply chain, and materials
management professions.

Members benefit from monthly educational meetings on
relevant topics, professional certification, high quality seminars,
open exchange of knowledge, and networking opportunities. NAPM-Spokane is a dynamic group that strives to develop and support supply management leaders. Join us at a meeting or contact us through this website to learn more about our association and what we have to offer you as a member.

As this year’s current president of NAPM-Spokane, I appreciate you taking the time to come visit our site and learn more about our organization. The Board of Directors of NAPM-Spokane and I are looking forward to another successful year. We have some exciting things planned for this year! We’ve had some great ideas as a result of our summer brainstorming sessions. We’re ready to go to work for our organization. That being said, we always welcome volunteers. If you are interested, seek out a board member, and let us know about what you’re thinking,
or if you want to help on one of the committees. We’d love to have volunteers!

Some of the items on our "to do" list include:
· Reaching out to our members with a Survey Monkey survey.
· Leveraging technology to increase reach and improve access.
· Establish a social networking presence with a Facebook page.

· Establish a professional networking presence with a LinkedIn group. 
  Check out our page at the link below.
· Making the necessary modifications to facilitate the name change from
  NAPM-Spokane to ISM-Spokane.
· Increase cooperation with other groups both in and outside ISM.
· Continuing our certification classes.
